In this necklace I’ve used many techniques I recently learned from taking an Intentional Metalsmithing 6 month course from Susan Lenart Kazmer. I would say this is one of my masterpieces. Techniques included are hand forging links and attachments, cold joining attachments, forming nail heads, bezel layering, caging with nail heads, hand forging stamped flowers from a shot plate. Using and recycling scrap silver, hand fabricated twisted wire, and drawing wire beads. The clasp is a hand forged S hook style. Choker is approximately 16”. Gemstones include Amber and Raw Citrine encased in fancy bezel wire bead wire and twisted wire. Leather was added for texture. Pendants hanging down from Cold join chain is 12 3/4” Links for choker can be added if needed.
